DRUG INTERACTION Pentazocine is known to interact with other drugs like alcohol, alfentanil (HCl), halothane, heparin (Na) and heparin (Cl), hydroxyzine, lignocaine, naloxone (HCl), nefopam (HCl), sibutramine.
